About: Once Kit Fancy's junior assistant in the Agency, Rory became tired of what he considered "sub-par assignments and unfair treatment" and quit his position. He disappeared for over six months, but has since been observed working for the RPH. He is believed to have signed on as a lesser member of the RPH, but perhaps predictably, rumor has it that he has expressed his discontent with not being considered a higher-level member on numerous occasions. He has been known to boast to anyone who will listen that he was formerly Kit Fancy's trusted assistant and could capture the Agent at any time; Agency monitoring indicates that he has yet to make any attempt to see these claims through.
