About: Having a British father from an illustrious line of English butlers whom have served the aristocracy for centuries and a Chinese mother descended from a clan of loyal bodyguards to the Emperor of China since time forgotten, Pennington was raised since birth to be a top-class manservant.

By age sixteen Pennington had achieved the honorable title of a respected Master of his Chinese family's tightly guarded secret brand of martial arts. By age 20 he had also graduated from Britain's esteemed Royal School Of Household where he studied under watchful eyes within the halls of Buckingham Palace itself. It was not long after Pennington had dramatically apprehended an armed intruder in the Royal family's London residence, and subsequent local publicity of his deed, that he then received an invitation to the Agency Academy.

Rarely seen in the field, this Agent has been assigned as Kit Fancy's manservant and maintains Fancy's private abode while up keeping Agent Fancy's vast array of weapons, equipment and vehicles.

Contrary to his domestic appearance, this Agent is considered highly lethal if engaged and was recently discovered through unofficial channels to be listed in the upper top 10 of the infamous RPH Wished Dead list.
