About: An Agency researcher has correlated the disappearance of a flamboyant and psychotic Russian doctor, Dr. Gregori Magomadov, with the first mention and appearance of Dr. Beverly Payne amongst the RPH elite. Magomadov experienced brief fame in Europe's medical community after making several astounding breakthroughs in the fields of genetics and neurology. It was believed that the doctor was forced to go into hiding after rumours of butcher like methods on live subjects and unsound methods of medical research. It was also soon after his disappearance that Agency intelligence gathered evidence of the RPH's advancements into genetic mapping.

The Agency is currently in negotiation with an informant within the Russian government for the release of some of Dr. Magomadov’s locked files and access to his abandoned labs. Although the physical match to Dr. Payne is inconclusive, Dr. Magomadov is believed to have greatly altered his appearance.
