About: As the current leader and believed creator of the shadowy RPH, Daddy nurtured the once small but wealthy underground organization into the behemoth network of crime and wrong doing it is today. Number one on the Agency's Most Wanted list there is surprisingly little information on him outside of his love of cigars and a strange fascination with Kit Fancy.

Unfortunately, the few agents that have successfully gotten near enough to the closely guarded crime lord were terminated. Several poor images recovered from their equipment have provided the Agency with a physical description but little else.
